Min Wang
Associate Professor, National School of Development, Peking University
Min Wang received his Ph.D. in Economics from Iowa State University in 2011 and is currently a tenured Associate Professor at the National School of Development, Peking University. He also serves as Deputy Director of the Center for Environmental and Energy Economics at Peking University and as a Co-Editor of China Economic Review. His research interests lie in environmental and resource economics, energy economics, climate change, and macroeconomic development. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers in economics, including in top field journals such as Economic Theory, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, and Journal of Money, Credit and Banking. In addition to his academic work, Professor Wang is actively engaged in policy research. His work has contributed to national discussions on renewable energy subsidy policies, land reform, and field-based research conducted in African countries under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
