Leila Pereira

Leila Pereira is a professor in the Department of Economics at the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP), associate researcher and executive coordinator of the Research Network on Productivity and Sustainability (Rede PP&S). She holds a PhD in Economics from Insper and conducts research in Economics of Crime, Environmental Economics, and Political Economy. Prior to joining FEA-USP, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Insper (Lemann Foundation Chair) and at the Climate Policy Initiative of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (CPI/PUC-Rio).
