Robert Akerlof

Robert Akerlof is a Professor of Economics at UNSW Business School. He is a co-editor at the Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization, deputy director of the Manos Institute for Cognitive Economics, a core member of ERINN (Economic Research on Identity, Norms, and Narratives), and a research affiliate of CEPR (the Centre for Economic Policy Research). He holds a Ph.D in economics from Harvard. His main areas of research are sociology and economics, cognition, organizational economics, and applied microeconomic theory.
